Engineering company getting both new clients and employees through new website

Background

Polyroad is a successful engineering company in Latvia.

Unfortunately, like many engineering companies they had forgotten about their website and overall online presence.

Their old website wasn’t getting any hits nor contact requests and the owners had no idea what to do with it.

Results

As always, we dug deep on what the company really wanted in the initial discovery meeting.

It turns out getting new projects was only one side of the coin – they also wanted to attract new employees.

For this reason we created a separate page just for potential employees to sell them on the idea of working for Polyroad.

In the past couple of months the website has been quite successful getting requests from new clients and potential employees.
